First of all, we would like to thank you for all your support over the past 18 months. It has been a very difficult time for everyone, and we have been very lucky to have your support throughout the pandemic. Thanks to your continued custom we were able to remain open throughout, continued making our cheese, and are actually employing more staff than pre-pandemic.
COVID has allowed us to completely transform our business structure and we have employed many skilled and competent people in the past 12 months. We feel as though our cheese quality is now reflecting all our hard work and will let us introduce a new range of more aged cheeses. Please find attached our new catalogue with this new range and wedge options included. If you feel these options suit your business, please contact us.
We have held our current pricing since 2015 but are unable to continue to absorb the current cost pressures, as a result we are implementing a price rise across our range of products. These prices will be effective from 1st September and can be found in the attached catalogue.
We have updated our Terms and Conditions, which can be found in full in the catalogue, and I draw your attention to a clause.
7.3: “The Company reserves the right to specify the minimum order value that will be accepted from time to time. The Company may at the Company’s absolute discretion, supply orders below the specified minimum order value and charge a handling fee, as determined by the Company, on all such orders.”
We will be reinstating a charge of $25 delivery per order below $250. We have waived this over the last year as we dealt with the uncertainty of COVID but now need to reinstate this to ensure efficiencies and quality outcomes.
Finally, I draw your attention to page 18 of the catalogue whereby our new incentive program is shown. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your options to qualify for these incentives.
